Target Audience for Wonder

Name: Elijah Cartridge

Age: 19

Average day: From Monday to Tuesday, Elijah wakes up from his slumber and makes himself a classic breakfast with bacon, egg and baked beans. Then, he makes a smoothie from homemade carrots and salad. After this, he has a slightly cold shower and applies aftershave afterwards, however, he chooses the least alcohol aftershaves because he wants his skin to remain soft and firm for the ladies. He currently goes the uni and has a part time job in a bookstore. What he takes in uni is animation and art, he tries to be creative in class and wants to make a difference when it comes to art. He currently has an eye for a girl below his year called Amelie, she also does art but does maths, Elijah hates maths and people who are obsessed with it. He dreams to have that one fantasy girl and make it a reality.
From Wednesday to Thursday, Elijah works at the bookstore from eight in the morning till one in the afternoon, he stacks the books in the basement and sometimes stacks the shelves and helps the customers of where the different sections of book genres are. He loves to socialise and is sometimes quite courageous to go to places he has never been before.
On Saturday and Sunday Elijah stays at home and babysits his neighbour's dog called Star, Elijah doesn't like dogs much but he likes cats.
The reason why he would approve the short animation 'Wonder' is because he likes the fantasy/apocalyptic genre and likes the grim look of adventure.

Voice Acting

The Traveler

Brave, courageous, mysterious, dangerous, scruffy, wise.

Need the type of vocals that sounds deep and powerful, to give a clear view to the audience that this is a middle aged man and quite a badass.

If there was no budget to spend on actors, then the voice actor I would choose to use on the character 'The Traveler' would be Troy Baker. As he has a huge range of voices and uses them perfectly, after hearing his voice (Not to forget acting) in the popular video game 'The Last Of Us', I was hooked and intrigued to have such a powerful and rugged voice that I think will suit the character very well.

Character Development And Sketches - The Traveller -

This is my character 'The Traveler', what is shown here is the character development, I did a few facial expressions and glimpse of the costume design (e.g. Jacket and Back pack) even though the character is going to be silhouetted in the film sequence, I chose to show the character's face and costume in detail as to give an idea for me how to draw him when animating him. As you can see, I had some ideas of what to add, I wanted to add hair and perhaps make the beard longer, especially the beard, as I want to give the impression that this person has been adventuring for quite some time, years in fact and I don't want a clean, brushed beard, I want the beard to be messy and dirty so in the future, I'll edit the beard and perhaps the hair.

"Little is known about The Traveler who roams within these woods, some say he has been walking on the road for years, stopping at nearby villages and towns to get supplies for this journey of his. He is described as an middle aged man, quite rugged looking and dirty but has a kind heart, he is willing to help those of need on his journey. No one knows why he travels nor no one knows his name. He is a complete mystery."
